At PerfectAIShot.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your portraits, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Before a refund is issued, we’ll assist you in setting up a second profile to give the AI another chance to generate better results.

At perfectAIShot.com, not every photo you receive will be a masterpiece. Some may be playful or unusual, and most might not be suitable for your final selection.

That said, we guarantee that you'll receive at least one high-quality portrait that’s professional and ready to use. We’re committed to ensuring you get a portrait you can confidently use, with no risk involved.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You have not received your order within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the portraits, you requirements below are needed to be met:
    • You contacted us within 7 days of your purchase to initiate the refund process.
    • All profile setup instructions and requirements were followed.
    • Together with support, you created a second profile to give the AI another chance to generate better results.
    • You did not receive at least one qualitiy portrait that is a good representation of the profile you created.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to follow profile setup guidelines and requirements, including but not limited to:
    • Providing a mix of required photo types, such as full-body shots, close-ups, and side profiles as specified.
    • Ensuring photos present a good representation of the person's appearance, including consistent style, lighting, and background.
    • Avoiding discrepancies between submitted photos, such as drastically different hairstyles or facial expressions that hinder the generation of consistent and realistic results.

  • Dissatisfaction with photo results due to non-compliance with provided instructions.
  • If at least one photo provided is of usable quality, refunds will not be issued. Usable quality is defined as a photo meeting the basic expectations of clarity, resolution, and adherence to the profile setup guidelines.
  • Change of mind after credits have been used.
  • Any other circumstances that we determine to be beyond our control.
  • Any additional credits bought are non-refundable.

Before any refund is issued, we will assist you in setting up an additional profile to give our AI model another chance to generate satisfactory results. To qualify for assistence, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
